NOTICE OF COVID-19 DIAGNOSIS
As per the Amended Order of County Judge Clay Jenkins Regarding Long-Term Care Communities, dated June 16th, 2020, this Notice is intended to communicate that Willow Bend Nursing and Rehabilitation learned on June 29th, 2020, that two of its residents have tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. The residents are not presently in the Facility, and were transferred out 23rd and 24th. Questions regarding the above can be directed to the Facility Administrator, Kevin Reese, at 972.279.3601.
